2. Scope
These terms apply to every offer from CalmNotes and to every order placed on trycalmnote.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. You can view, save and print them on this page.
3. What we offer
CalmNotes sells digital packs with example messages, a user guide and a log, supplied as editable Word and Excel files in a single ZIP download. Each product page describes what you receive. The products are general tools and not legal advice; see also our disclaimer.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros. As a small business, CalmNotes is exempt from VAT, so no VAT is charged. There are no shipping costs. You pay using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. The contract is formed once you have completed your order and the payment has succeeded. You will receive a confirmation by email.
5. Delivery
After a successful payment, you get immediate access to the download. You will also receive the download link by email. If the download does not work, please contact us.
6. Right of withdrawal
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started, provided that you have expressly agreed in advance to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this consent at checkout. Please check before buying that the product suits your situation.
7. Problems with a product
If a file does not work or the product does not match its description, let us know within 14 days of purchase at calmnote@kpnmail.nl. We will then send you a working file or refund the purchase price. Your statutory rights always remain in force.
8. Use of the files
The files are intended for personal use. You may adapt and use them for your own situation, but you may not resell, share or publish them. CalmNotes retains the copyright in the files.
9. Liability
CalmNotes is not liable for the consequences of using the example messages or for how others respond to them. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Privacy
We only use your details to process your order and to stay in touch with you about your purchase. You can read more about this in our privacy policy.
11. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Email us at calmnote@kpnmail.nl. We will respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can take the dispute to the competent court.
12. Governing law
These terms and every contract with CalmNotes are governed by the law of the Netherlands, where CalmNotes is established. If you live in another country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
