Delivery and returns policy

Digital products

All CalmNotes products are digital files: editable Word and Excel files in a single ZIP download. After payment you get immediate access to the download. No physical products are shipped, so there are no shipping costs.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Because this is digital content delivered immediately after payment, withdrawal or a refund is in principle not possible once delivery has started. Please check before buying whether the product suits your situation. Each pack describes exactly what you receive.

Problems with your download?

If the download doesn't work or something is wrong with a file, please get in touch via the contact page. You will usually receive a reply within 1-2 working days, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Use

Digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared or distributed publicly without permission.
