You will receive one ZIP file containing seven editable Word documents: a user manual, three initial messages (short, medium, and extensive), a reminder, a third message, and background information with sources. Additionally, you will receive an Excel logbook for events, contact, and appointments, with explanations and a separate fictitious example.
